              Jim's Northgate Towing towed my vehicle. There was damage to the vehicle caused by the towing event. ***'s Towing charged excessive fees. They cited an afterhours fee yet one of their tow truck operators was onsite at the property when we arrived. They also charged a storage fee and placed the onus on us to locate our vehicle. Communication was terrible. When asked about the fees, they blamed it on the city and said the *************** regulated the fees and forced them to charge the fees. A call to the *************** confirmed this was not the case.

              I am a 67-year-old man who gets around on a mobility scooter due to my disability. I was 10 minutes late getting out of a doctor's *********** and was abandoned by Metro Access at my doctor's ****** with no way to get my mobility scooter home. I called Jim's Northgate Towing as a last resort to get my brand-new mobility scooter home safely. They seemed very concerned with my predicament and immediately sent a tow truck. I knew it would be expensive but I had no choice as it was getting late. The towing professional they sent got my mobility scooter loaded up and brought it to my apartment while I waited for a ride from a relative, as I could not get into the tow truck. To my surprise, when I called to give them my credit card number, they said I wouldn't be charged as they were sympathetic to my situation. I am so thankful that I chose Jim's Northgate Towing to get my mobility scooter home safely. Thanks so much!

We got into the towing industry to HELP people when they were in unfortunate and urgent situations and all to often, tow operators get a bad wrap and labeled for exactly the opposite.
