Do not call this cab company. Eagle yellow cab. My family member has a disability and a driver named ****** was sent and he was hostile, rude and unprofessional. ****** was shouting at the passenger to get in if they want a ride! He shouted what are you disabled or something?? He parked in the middle of the street and Refused to drive up to the door. He was driving aggressive and being argumentative. He threatened to take the passenger back home not caring they had a shift starting at 6am. The passenger was uncomfortable and disliked the way he was speaking to them so they called dispatch and dispatch acknowledged they were receiving complaints all night about ****** and sent another driver and when the new driver arrived he presented a handheld device and instructed ****** to breathe. The passenger was late for their shift because of this situation. To add insult to injury the passenger is now blackballed from calling a cab with this company. When they called a cab on another occasion the dispatch said they had been blackballed; accused of calling the police and of ordering a drug test on ****** and hung up. These allegations are false and slanderous This is concerning treatment for someone that has a disability and limited mobility. I encourage anyone with a disability to not call this company. Thankfully **** and Uber are great sources of transportation! I hope to see their businesses expand in *********. This experience warrants an official complaint with the **** Office of civil rights and the Adult with disabilities act.
