            I rented a storage unit from Best Storage on 01/19/2023. I paid $62.00 for a month. I called on 01/27/2023 to inform the company that I would be out of the unit by 02/04/2023. I emptied the unit and turned in the key on 02/01/2023. At that time I was told that I had to give a written 10 day notice to vacate the unit and that my refund would be prorated after the 10 day written notice was given. Yet in the 10 days they are holding my money they are able to rent out said unit and so they could be getting paid double for the same unit. I feel that a phone call and turning in the key should be enough to say that I am out of the unit.
