    On March 15, 2022, I signed up for the Name, Image, and Likeness Course. The **** Site stated that the 8 week course start date was Monday, April 18, 2021. I agreed to three payment installments of $395. The first payment was taken out on March 15, 2022. https://www.sportsmanagementworldwide.com/courses/name-image-likeness On April 14, 2022, I received an email stating that the course would start on Monday, April 18th, and I was excited. Then later that evening April 14, 2022, I received another email stating that the instructor had moved the class start date to June 27, 2022. I immediately emailed **** ******* Services and the Rep who signed me up, *** requesting a refund, but did not receive a reply. The April start date was the deciding factor for me signing up for the Course!This morning April 15, 2022, I get an alert on my Credit Card for the amount of $395 by ****; I immediately email **** ******* Services and Rep **** requesting the status of my refund. *** calls me and states that the instructor is making the course better; that's why it's being moved to that date. I explained that I did not sign up for a June date but an April date, and I had planned to be finished with the course by June 27th. I could tell *** was upset with my decision; I stated that I would like my refund, and he said that I would be charged a $150 processing fee and I needed to mail the two books back and that the **** President will give me a call.I stated I understood the processing fee, but $150 because of their date change is not fair, and I do not want to speak to anyone since I'm being charged for something that I did not agree with or create.I mailed the boxes back immediately today. *** Tracking: 1Z2A968E0364838216
