Complaint: I informed Propet's customer service that a pair of their shoes I own were defective. They (******** ******)requested pics of the shoes. After they received them, they advised me by email on November 19, 2014 that they would send me replacement shoes. They did not and they stopped responding to my emails.

Desired Settlement: The replacement shoes would settle it.

Complaint: I purchased a pair of Propet shoes from ****** on 5/4/14. The sole began to separate about 6 weeks later. ****** told me to send them back to Propet since they had a warranty.I sent the shoes ***** on 7/13/14 with tracking XXXXXXXXXXXX. It was received in your office on 7/21/14. It was Delivered and Signed for by: ********** I requested an email receipt of the package. I have heard nothing. I emailed their customer service address on 8/10/14 and told them that if they did not respond by close of business 8/12/14 that I would file a BBB complaint. I have not had a response.

Desired Settlement: First, I want acknowledgement that they are working on this. I have heard nothing. Second, I want a replacement pair of shoes or a refund. This is horrific customer service. Without communication yet receipt, they have essentially stolen my shoes.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/08/14) */ Unfortunately items returned to our warehouse without prior approval and a return authorization have to be manually processed and researched to associate the product to the correct order. ****** instructions were correct in there being a Warranty available, however a Warranty claim has to be generated for Propet to expedite the receipt and replacement of the product. Item has been located and the consumer has been contacted to provide replacement shoes.

Complaint: I purchased a 1000 mile walking shoe in August 2012. The sole of the shoe is detaching from the body of the shoe. I contacted the manufactuere Propet and they said thier warranty was for 6 months. This defect is obviously a manufacturer defect.

Desired Settlement: A new pair of shoes to replace this defective shoe
