An employee for their company showed up unannounced. When I answered the door he tried to push himselve in. I smacked him with my door. I told the man to get out of my house. I thought he left. 30 minutes later my neighbor text me a picture of a man on top of my house. I contacted the company to let them know it's not okay for their employees to try to push their way into my house and to show up unannounced. I was emailed the pictures the man took, unknowing to me. I explained it made me very uncomfortable they showed up unannounced tried to push their way in and then took pictures of my Gates and vehicles. Mike W***** called me and started yelling at me. Long story short the police are involved and believe that they were scoping out my place to rob me.

As you can see the BBB shows that we have been in business for 29 years and have a A+ rating with them. This means no Claims or Complaints. We schedule all estimates by email and by phone. We do not go to any estimate with out a verification that it is fine. We also take pictures of the houses for the following reasons: 1. So that the estimator can look back at the pictures to make sure the estimate is accurate and all details are brought to the customers attention. 2. Another reason is to provide the crew with all the information needed to perform the job correctly, safely, efficiently and if there are any special landscaping issues that need to be addressed (decks, pergolas, ponds and so on) 3. Final reason would be to forward any concerns to the delivery company so that they bring the right equipment to the job site (examples: overhead powerlines, trees, gates, narrow driveway and so on) When we are at the house we do get up on the roof to measure the roof (unless too steep or slick), to look for any roof issues like soft plywood, layers of roofing and any other issues. When doing this we also take pictures (which we find very helpful when explaining details to the potential client. We can also do this on Google Earth by zooming in but we find that our onsite measure is more accurate. We also go into attics if the customer has access and allows it. This helps eliminate more unforeseen things like mildew, mold or improper vent connections. We also take pictures at this time too since we find that most home owners don't feel comfortable going into the attics. Then we are able to show them everything. So we find this a very efficient way to provide the customer the best possible estimate with the most accuracy. Warner Roofing & Construction Inc.
