Complaint: We had our roof cleaned and treated. (its a cedar shake roof) The owner said he would give mail us a receipt for the cash payments we made to ****** and his employee *****. for the the amounts of 1500$ for our first payment on july 9th,2013 and our payment directly to ****** in cash of 1950$ on july 17th 2013. The owner ****** ********** never did send us a receipt. We contacted Him by phone and email and never got a reply till I called him and he said he was going to come over and bring the receipt .. He never showed up or called.. We were concered about the quality of work they did on our roof so we had a second party look at it they said it was poor workmanship and it needed repairs to make it safe for winter.. We could not get Advanced cleaning and treatment to bring us a receipt or to call back to talk so we ended up paying ****** ************g, *** to fix the over 100 places of exposed tar paper that advanced had left uncovered.. They said that Advanced had done a very poor quality job on our roof...
Desired Settlement: We would like to get the receipt for the 3450$ in cash that was paid to them and have them fully pay for the additional 231$ in work that *************************, had to do on our roof to cover all the exposed tar paper..
