I want to thank you for advising HomeVestors of *******, **** ("***") to this homeowners concerns.
It is the first time HomeVestors has heard of this homeowners frustration with our franchisees' direct mail letters. *** considers carefully any complaint it receives with respect to its independently owned and operated franchisees. ***, as a national franchise system, requires its franchisees to operate their independent businesses not only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, but also certain national operating standards.
Although the *** corporate office is very concerned with any consumer complaint it receives, this homeowner did not provide us with enough information to resolve this complaint to remove the homeowners address off of the mail centers list. Should the homeowner provide that information, we would be glad to honor the request.
***, as a franchise system, has a strong national image and professional reputation which it is careful to maintain and protect. Our independently owned and operated franchises have purchased more than ******* houses since 1996 and strive to help improve their communities *******************.
