Complaint: We called them out to fix a leak. They came out 4 times, and the shower still leaks. They told us to find the leak, the second time they came out. They also charged us each time even though they never actually fixed the problem.
Desired Settlement: I want it repaired or a repair.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1010, 6, 2014/09/03) */ Case Plumbing Co. 8/27/14 BBB ******* *********** To whom it may concern, We went out 3 or 4 times to ******************** house. The first time was on 6/16/14 for which we found a leak on the shower valve, as it was leaking at the union on the hotwater side. It is very hard to tell if anything else at that point is also leaking as everything would be wet at that point. We went out another time or two which at that point I found no leaks and we did not charge for those service calls. On 7/28/14 we went out to find that it was leaking at the tub drain so we replace the tub drain assembly. We have had no contact with her since then to even know that there is still an issue going on, if we had we would have taken care of this for her. These ended up being two seperate issues.
