Cheap. Everything is cheap, from the materials, the quality of work and the customer service. We bought our house brand new in 2017, moved in February of 2018 and have had nothing but problems since then. Of all the problems we have had, the company has helped resolve two. When our house was delivered, it was delivered with completely different appliances than we had picked and payed for. Apparently they no longer carried the brand we originally chose, so without communication they decided to put in a set of equal value. I called to see if we could just exchange them out and pay the difference in price. Nope. They wouldnt do it. We paid for a really nice full tile shower. It was great for the first 6 months. We have had to replace the drywall once (they did it) because it was so bad. Still, after they fixed the problem - we have nothing but leaks in the shower. Called the service department to see if we could get someone out again and they said it was the homeowners responsibility to maintain the shower. At this point our house was just over 2 years old. The upgraded counter I added in our kitchen was literally a childs size counter too attached to the particle board with tiny nails. It wouldnt even hold a gallon of milk. Not to mention its NOTHING like we agreed upon during the building process. Best they would do was reinforce it. That was after a month and a half of arguing with the service lady because she told me they were all built like that. It wasnt until I sent a picture to her that she agreed and said thats not how they do things. Im still left with a tiny, childs sized counter extension. We just pulled out our microwave that came in the set of appliances with the house because after three years - it broke. Only to find a hole straight through the drywall and a 1/4 gap between the drywall and the microwave vent box. They didnt try to patch it, they just covered it with the microwave. I could go on about all the problems we have had since we moved in three years ago, but wed be here all day. So, just save your money and your sanity and buy from anyone else.
