              I lived at my house for many years. The Kent ******************** has been told to stop throwing the papers in my driveway and to not deliver. Every now and then they need a reminder. Within the last month or two i have called them three times to get them to stop. They have thrown multiple copies in front of my house in the gutter in the driveway. A few were ripped to shreads. They are thrown throughout the nieghborhood. Sides of houses, middle of the street and it looks very trashy. They often end up in my yard. In the street gutter. Under my cars in the bushes. I have a bad back and i have further strained it picking them up. They dont seem to care and continue to do it. I expect that they stop delivering them and stop throwing them all over so they dont end up in my yard.

              I signed up for a trial account for $1.00, they reveal that you have to "affirmatively cancel" if you no longer want the service. The password to access my account didn't work and when I tried to reset it I was informed the account didn't exist. Online help doesnt work. I called the number and eventually ended up at a loud call center with an agent who spoke English very poorly, he did however get me access to my account.After I got online, I discovered that you can't cancel online and when you call you end up at the same foreign call center with agents that are hard to understand. When I tried to cancel, he kept trying to get me to keep the service by offering longer term, longer term for free etc. It took three or more clear statements that I wanted to cancel and receive Email confirmation that he said was cancelled. They didn't close the account and didnt send an email confirmation. I contacted my credit card company and they did reverse the charges but they said the only way to keep them from charging the card in the future was to cancel the card, which I did.
