      **** Moving company was contracted to move ************************* employees belongings to ****** for work, Back in October 2021. When I arrived in ******, and our belongings had arrived I had, and other employees had stuff missing, likely stolen if there were multiple employees missing items they had shipped. I moved back from ****** on February 29th 2024, I received my items that I had Items missing again. My prescribed Medication, and my green suitcase was PACKED full of clothes and half of it was gone. I reached out to *************************, branch manager and told him the situation. He said customs probably took it. He said he was going to look into it. And haven't heard from him since. I did reach out to him a few days later, no response. On top of that, the movers employeed by **** in ****** we're very rude. When they were finished packing up everything, He literally stuck his hand out and said "where's my tip?" I was in shock. I did give him a little bit of shekels. Just my instant reaction. Like 200 shekels, which is equivalent to 55 dollars. But that's irrelevant. Or maybe it was, maybe he didn't like that small tip. Of course I cant prove it was them. BUT having my, and others, items missing to ****** and from ******, 99% positive it's was the movers. I just expected **** to solve this situation professionally. I would like a **** to compensate for at least my prescribed medication cost. Which was 300 dollars. I don't have a receipt nor do I have that doctor anymore as it was back in 2021. And they don't keep records for more than a year after leaving as patient.

      It is impossible to tell in words what an awful experience it has been to work with **** Moving and Storage for my move from ********** to ************, **. The people they hired were totally careless. Many items of furniture were scratched and damaged. They broke two shelves off of an expensive cherry bookcase, scratched a dining room table, put a large ding in an armoire, put a ding in the wall of a new home, lost the hardware to an item they took apart--just to name a few. They lied on the inventory papers and said my furniture was faded and scratched and badly worn at pickup. All of this is untrue. They did not give me the inventory papers so I could object to this. Several days later I got them by email and I saw they had forged my name. The papers were such a mess and so incorrect that I did not know how to fill them out. When I called for help, I got rudeness and condescending attitude from them. I asked for return calls and never got them. When I got ahold of the regional manager, he would not let me talk, was very rude to me , called ME rude, and then hung up on me. My invoice was incorrect twice--overcharging me. I had to dispute charges with my bank to get any refund. It is now 6 weeks since I moved and I cannot move into my new home because so much furniture is damaged and I have to wait for their people to assess the damage and it will likely be 6 months before all is done. They are one of the worst companies I have ever encountered and I so regret ever doing business with them. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
