I decided I had changed my mind about the purchase and sought a refund the next day. Two weeks after my refund request I called and was told the post office was slow but my request for refund would be acted on when received. I received a check to refund my payment even though my payment was made electronically. The check bounced and I incurred a total of $56 in overdraft fees as a result. I finally had to download a cash app to have my refund sent to me which could have been done instead of sending me a bad check. I dont think its a scam but poorly run business cost me a $56 dollar ******* I didnt bother asking for it because hed already told me he had moved just enough money into the account to cover the check. I dont think its a scam but a poorly managed business can be just as bad.

Myrtle,My pneumonia caused me to not be able to work and as a result put my business and my family into a cash flow crisis. Even though that happened I moved heaven and Earth and used my last bit of money to get you your refund. We were in good faith the entire time and did the right thing. Things don't always go as we would have them however it is important that even during tough times even when things don't go correctly that we treat other people as we would like to be treated.That's what I did in your situation.I encourage you to look for the good in others in the future. A rich and rewarding life awaits all of us if we are good finders. You are right that our business should have financial resources to be able to withstand a delay of income caused by illness. However 2 years of COVID did decimate our sales force and brought our business to it's knees we hope to rebuild into a stronger healthier business that can withstand unexpected trials with ease.
