They sent a woman wearing a sports bra, bootie shorts and gun strapped to her hip to ************* bill paperwork which was very unwarranted and unprofessional. I have been waiting since October- November for a response back why this is necessary to serve paperwork and an apology from this company. Instead *************************** whom answers their phone decided to snap at me and rudely as she advised this matter was taken care of a long time ago when I called for follow up after finally getting their company name from the creditor. They are rude and unprofessional. They are not police just process servers and should not show up to peoples home with their guns as this makes people feel threatened in their own home.

We understand that it's not the best feeling to be served with court documents. We did provide our client, in July of 2023 (not October-November of 2023), with a signed statement from our server. The complainant's description of this server is, in our opinion, very inaccurate. This is a professional server who physically comes into our main office to collect the documents assigned to her for service. Had we ever observed, or been advised that, any of our servers were wearing the type of clothing described in ********************** description, we would have censured the employee, and prohibited them from representing our company in that manner. The server in question is a district manager for a corporation with many franchises. She is also a middle-aged woman, who is consistently quiet, polite, and the last person anyone would image wearing "booty shorts" or a "sports bra". In fact, in her statement, she described **************** and stated: "... I served ************************* who was wearing black shorts, and visible tattoos. Her yard had a pile of gravel in it. The area was in a decent neighborhood. I served her...I had no conflict with her. I was polite and said Have a good day.

Last week, complainant phoned our office @ approximately 10:30AM and spoke with our client manager (CM). According to our CM, there was no animosity during the phone conversation, and CM advised **************** that our Operations Manager would call back.

Approximately, an hour later, ****************** called back, and again spoke with our CM. To confirm whom she was speaking with, and because ****************** did not identify herself by name, she asked the caller Whom am I speaking with please? The caller did not give a name, but rather stated that she was the bookkeeper for *** C*** & T*** (name to be keep confidential, but may be shared with the BBB upon request). She asked if papers she was expecting to be served could be rerouted to a different address. The **************** Manager was unsure of what papers she was referring to, so she advised complainant to contact the client directly as we were not the party to make that determination. When asked again for her name, ****** confirmed her name was *************************.

After those two phone calls, we received two negative reviews: one from ****** Review and one from BBB, from ****************

We feel sorry that ****************** seems to be so angry.
