              I canceled my Stephouse account when I moved from ******** in December 2020. I had a $49 overpayment credit balance on the account at that time, which they acknowledge. I have now gotten a statement every month since January 2021 showing the credit balance of $49 but in spite of repeated requests, cannot get a refund. I would like Stephouse to simply send me a check for the credit balance so the account can be closed. Note: The statement shows my ******** address although I have also submitted a change of address several times to Stephouse.

              After 6 years of great service they started to raise my rates. It seemed like they didn't inform me but actually they put a notice on my monthly invoice, which is paid automatically. They give notice a month ahead and they also want notice of cancellation a month ahead, they will not refund money you have already paid for service.After two rate hikes in 6 months I had to leave. I find this practice predatory and I cannot support it. I went with them because they were a good company but now that they've been bought out they are garbage.
