On the day in question I rented a room for $92 some odd dollars. I got there early but ******* said she was going to let it slide and unbeknownst to me charged me $55 for an early check in. The criminal behavior started there. I spent an uneventful night sleeping by myself and left the room with no interaction with anyone. I had issues with getting the bank app running on my new phone. This is when I became aware of the three fraudulent charges to my card. First the $55 fee that I would have never agreed to and then the $387 plus two other charges of $4 and $11 and they are not disclosing what these charges are for. In fact management is refusing to speak to me about the matter and instead stone ******* me at every step to make sense of this outrageous event. When you are charged $500 for one night at the Super 8 Hotel there needs to be a good reason found in a civil action later. I have many issues with manner in which I have been treated and the blatant disrespect for me as a person. To intentionally lie to me from the beginning about an early check in fee of $55 demonstrates the importance of meeting in a professional manner. I am being cheated out of a huge sum of money for absolutely no justifiable reason except that they are in the business of overcharging clients and fabricating a violation to a rule that's very nature is illegal.Under the glass at the counter the manager posted that for smoking and doing drugs in the room there would be a fine of $250. This is not unheard of in smoke free establishments however they charged me $452.28 for alleged cleaning fees referencing a sheet with a minor stain on it. Obviously they had no problem with using on the bed before I got there and where in the world are you charged for staining a sheet with a drink? No needles, drugs and or alcohol. She is Type 2 and had left them in my satchel. These are the pictures they used to justify the charges. Please advocate for me in this horrible situation
