Dirty, discusting. I'll start with no shower because it was so dirty with dead bugs in it. The sink still had toothpaste marks where someone had brushed their teeth and it was never cleaned. The was things stuck all of the bathroom door. The bed had 2 to 3 kinds of sheets on it and not even made. Fitted sheet didn't fit, green sheet on next level, white on the bottom sheet. The pillow cases one was green, one was white and one was yellow. The desk chair was broken and you couldn't sit on it because it bent down and threw you out. The other chair was covered with so many stains I don't even want to think about what they were. I washed what I could with wipes and didn't move too much so I wouldn't end up with something. Needless to say we did not take a shower just brushed our teeth and left. On the way out I told the manager is was dirty and discusting and the girl behind the counter just hid her head on the counter, she knew. We left with no satisfacation and paid $152.00 for that room. I sent an email to her and she said I wasn't nice in the email and if I was she would have given me a discount. I want my money back. She told me that fitted sheets take practice and I replied that I didn't book the room to practice putting on fitted sheets. So unfortunate as it is one of the only places available in the area. The brochure looks like it is a 5 star resort. Smoke and mirrors for sure.I want to report this just so others don't get caught renting it and finding out the hard way like we did. I have pictures of all the rooms and things I have discussed. Go somewhere else.
