Complaint: With ******** ********* paid Eastside Lodge $ 173.48 ,for a two night stay,and I used ********* to book it. This was for a doctors appointment in Portland. The ******* train was cancelled last minute due to some train weather emergency . I was unable to travel to Seattle or Portland,no train. I called the Eastside lodge at 7:30 AM to cancel. They said call ********** I did . ********* could not talk to the manager of the Eastside Lodge,I had to call ********* back at 9:00 AM,I did. Again ********* called Eastside Lodge. I was informed that I was charged a Cancellation Penalty of $ 86.74,a one night stay. I protested to no avail. ******* train issued me a full refund for their missing service. I do not believe it is fair for Eastside Lodge to keep $ 86.74 for providing no service , under this circumstance . They also gave ********* a real run around,I called them three times,the supervisor said there is nothing ********* can do.

Desired Settlement: Refund of $ 86.74 to my **************** Credit Card.
