In the last two years or so, I have contacted Overlake Heating a few times, mostly in emergency. Every time, it was evident that the firm is driven by concern for its customers, independently of the time of a day, or a week. I received quickly highly professional and friendly help from it every time, when other businesses I was contacting were unable to come soon enough.The last time happened on the 2021 Christmas Eve: *** new Rheem water heater, installed one year and one month ago, broke. I called Overlake Heating and left the message with the answering service, not even dreaming of hearing from anybody anytime soon at such time of the year. Call to Rheem was useless: Rheem does not even pay for labor under the part warranty, as I was told, and it advised me to...find myself a repair shop.To my immense surprise, I got a call from Rob, the owner of Overlake Heating, on Christmas Day(!!!), and he promised to find somebody with a 4-wheel drive (we were buried in 7-8" of snow, so was he), and send him to me. And he did, twice, because the Rheem water heater had a failure of two parts, not one. **** was on his off day, and he drove his own car, not once but twice, finding the second part somewhere, and fixing that water heater the same day.We have lived in this area for many years, have had all sorts of service calls made during those years. We wish we had found Rob, Overlake Heating, and his people, many years ago. Thank you Rob,thank you ****, and thank you to all other people that work for you!
