BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I ordered a product from Mannatech, believing it was a one-time order. Mannatech sent a confirmation e-mail which explicitly stated I would have to set up an account *if* I wanted to create a recurring order, which I didn't. Mannatech then recreated the order and sent the product the next month, despite no opt-in on my part.
Desired Settlement: A full refund for the recurred order and a change to their policies to request explicit opt-in to a subscription.
Business Response: Business' Initial Response /* (1000, 6, 2013/08/12) */ This is a very unusual situation and is very uncharacteristic practice of the Manntech Company. I intend to take this up with the Company to clarify their policy in situations like this. I totally agree with this person and feel by his not responding to the question of an automatic revolving order, he should not have received any more deliveries. I am making the assumption that this is a *** ****, and I will send a copy of this letter to him. I will also follow up with *** **** with the response I receive from the Company. I will say that this is the first issue of this type I have been made aware of in the nearly 20 years of doing business this Mannatech. I certainly do appreciate this situation being brought to my attention and I will do what I can to resolve it to *** ****** satisfaction. Sincerely, **** *****
