              Sound Cleaning billed us $4095 per month for eight months. Their crews have not only failed to keep our floors clean, their equipment has badly scratched our floors. We are seeking two things: 1) reimbursement of half the fees paid over the past eight months 2) replacement (including professional installation) of the most severely scratched linoleum tiles...also, because the crew left standing water on our floors, many tiles pulled loose and chipped. They need replacing.We spoke with ***** (cleaning crew supervisor) at least thirty times about the above issues.We emailed and spoke with ***** (intake person at main number) at least a dozen times about the above issues. Our floors are still filthy and are very badly scratched.We would like this complaint resolved asap because Sound Cleaning is apparently up for sale.Thank you.
