We ordered a $3,000 Big Kahuna massage chair from Amazon on 12/13/2021 from a retailer called Good Price World in *******, **. The order number was *****************. The logistics company they use to ship the items is Radiant Logistics out of WA. We have been contacted by Radiant for delivery of the chair multiple times and each time, the chair was not delivered and they have not been able to tell us why the chair wasnt delivered. There is a logistics representative named **** out of CA that we have been working with who has contacted the shipping company here in ********, ** for updates and to schedule the delivery. Each time they have confirmed a delivery date, no one showed up and no product was delivered. This has happened 5 or 6 times since being first contacted. Now today, the most recent delivery date, the rep in CA told us that the product was to arrive between ****pm CT. Once 4pm passed, we called for an update and he said they were running late but that the item would surely be delivered. It is now 6:30pm and the rep from CA texted and said that he was reaching out to confirm that the chair was delivered. We havent received anything and the rep is now saying that he isnt able to get in contact with the shipping company for confirmation. We have been told time after time that the chair was going to be delivered and each time, nothing arrived. We are beyond upset with the company and would like to file a report of a scam.
