Refund and Exchange PolicyWe have a 100% Full Satisfaction, Money Back Return Policy with No Restocking Fees on most items within 30 days of receipt, excluding caskets, solid gold jewelry, cast bronze urns, and some high-end solid marble urns. Call or email us if you have questions about any particular item.
You must call or email us for an Return Authorization. Returns received without an authorization will incure a restocking fee of up to 15%. Your authorization will include return instructions and indicate if there are any restocking fees. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged, we will take care of it. But you must notify us within two business days of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and arrange a replacement.
We will accept returns for items that are not damaged, used or engraved, or customized.
We highly recommend you ship via UPS or FedEx and insure items over $100. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not receive a refund. Please contact the shipping company for a claim.

Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.

Orders over 45 days old are non-returnable or refundable
