1/10/2022 I found discrepancies on credit report. Called Leander to find out what was going on. I was told it was because I didnt have insurance on RV and they put there insurance on it back in April of 2021. I fixed insurance left a message for a call back. Never received one. Call again and was informed that *** wasnt our issue and that we have been past due July of 2019. Asked to speak with a manager. Manager unavailable. Ask for a call from them next day. No call. I then called loan control manager. I told her that I was upset and asked why they never called me. I was told they dont have the employees and its not there responsibility. I was told by the *** they were willing to fixed the *** because of not receiving a call back from the other two managers. I told her that was great but why they couldnt have made an effort to contact me I was then told the same as before and also them sending mail was adequate. I was then informed we have been pass due on our account since or second payment in 2018. I then got very upset and told them that it was there responsibility to communicate issues like this with me. I was told its not there responsibility and they have sent me 3 notices for the *** and 6 pass due notices since June of 2021. I have never received any mail from this FCU until 1/25/2022 that wasnt even regards to this loan. No notices, statements etc. We make payments in person because we have no other way of doing so. We have not had any indications there was a problem.
