**************** was outstanding. *********************************************'s estimator, ****, provided a step-by-step explanation of what the construction team's installation process would entail as they follow ******** siding requirements. None of the other five companies offered this installation review. Also, the work crew, led by *** and *****, were knowledgeable and courteous in answering my questions during their 12 days of construction. The rest of the work crew were **** and **** who were diligent and polite workers. *** suggested I purchase new replacement accessories such as floodlights, doorbells and metal address numbers that they professionally installed. Once the ****** siding was installed it became easily evident that the windowsills and back porch needed a new paint update (for an additional fee). Northern Pacific's crew switched work hats from siding to painting and eliminated my need to hire a painting contractor! And then there was the office staff. ************************** and ********* were friendly and able to answer my questions about how this process would unfold from timeline for starting the siding replacement, to daily emails letting me know when the workers would arrive the next workday and to instructing me how to pay the ****** city permit fee. During the process of selecting one of the six companies that visited with us I was worried about selecting the right company. I selected Northern Pacific Exterior because of two customer service experiences - ****'s knowledge and explanation of the siding installation process was better than the other companies, plus the office staff's friendliness and expertise in answering my questions sold me on picking Northern Pacific. And as the siding replacement project commenced and I could see the quality of ************* work crew installation I knew I had selected the correct company. Siding replacement is expensive, but I believe I am getting my money's worth.
