I have worked for this company a little over 3 years, and as a 40-something year old woman I can say wholeheartedly that GH is by far the best place I have found to work in all my years working. To be valued as an individual is priceless, having a company that stands behind it's employees and truly values work-life balance is incredible!I'm the person who offboards employees who are leaving the company for one reason or another, I can tell you with 100% honesty, the 25 people I have interviewed none have ever said they did not like working here or that they did not feel valued. In the time I have worked here, I too have never, not ONE time, gone home from work upset, complained, felt wronged, or disliked my job. I am as happy now, if not happier, than when I started in 2021.I also work closely with clients, have seen many projects through completion, and as every construction company experiences things are not always smooth sailing. Green Hammer stands behind their work 1000%! We will go above and beyond to make things right. GH also practices what they preach! They truly care about the planet, environment, community, people, and making as small of a footprint as possible. We use quality, sustainably sourced materials whenever possible, we subcontract work to women and minority owned business's whenever possible, give back to the community through pro-**** projects and 'at cost' projects to help BIPOC communities thrive.I and my co-workers have genuine pride in our company and value the **** as a whole and what each individual contributes is what makes GH one of a kind.
