            ****************** of Sundesign had agreed to build a sunroom off the back of my house. A contract was signed and a deposit was given to ******************. He sent me the schematics for approval, which I approved, and he said the next step would be to get the permitting (which he would do) and for us to get HOA approval. We received HOA approval and forwarded the approval email to ******************. He emailed me back stating he would work on getting city permits completed. However, ****************** has failed to get the permits and no longer returns any emails or phone calls when I attempt to contact him.

            Terrible shoddy service. Many promises over 18 months. The structural drawings took 8 months and the permit requests were filed incorrectly and incompletely delaying them several months. They required my constant supervision. Ultimately they informed me that they were not completing the job and they stopped showing up. *** tried to get me to hire some business he claimed was taking over. We had no contact with the new contractors that were actually an investment agency and the new contractor began sending me exorbitant bills without having set foot on the property. I hired other people for a fraction of the cost the investment company was asking for. *** still has two small pieces of aluminum that need to be attached. He has not delivered in the 6 weeks since I first requested he finish.
