      In May 2023 no warning to changing their prices from $79.95 / year to $29.95 / month over night. My year was a cut a month short also. Then suddenly it goes to $39.95 / month January 2024. No communication for raising prices and price gouging. Fraud fraud fraud! Stay away. Cancelling it not quick and easy. You can't just simply remove your credit card info. A few years back I had decided to not enter my new **** expiration date and let it go. They changed it in their system and charged my card and I couldn't get it back so I had it for another year. So here I am scammed by them again. I will be going after them through my ***** I would give no stars if I could.

      Dont even consider using this email provider!I have been a customer of ********************** for many years; when I started using them the fee was about $5/**, now they are charging almost $40/Mo. Their customer service has never been any good & the site often goes off line for short periods; but, the technology is quite good.However, $40/Mo for a below average email provider is way over the top. My guess is it got bought by a hedge *********** are milking it; or, the current owner is just trying to see how much he can raise fees. Given that it is very hard to get your email addresses out of all your internet log-ins, the switching costs to extricate yourself from their system are very high. Now that the fee is this high, I expect they will put themselves out of business & if one has not gone through the process to make the log-in changes in an orderly way, trust me, you will be in a world of hurt!Stay away from them!!!

      Like Joy I had been a customer for years. Out of the blue last year the changed their billing from $29.95 for a SIX MONTHS subscription to a - as of January **** - $39.95 per MONTH.No improvement in service, features or option have been made on this SaaS in YEARS. RIP OFF!There are so many better solutions now. And a note to SPAM Arrest, Technology should go down in cost over time, not take huge jumps with no improvement.I will be going back to Network Solutions Web mail. Better spam filtering and more options - less than $2 per month.

      I have been a customer of ******************** for @** years. This past year they have increased there monthly price to $29.95 month and before that I was paying $109.95 for TWO YEARS. I just don't get it and I now feel hostage to this company! I emailed them and asked how they can justify such an increase and was informed that new equipment platforms are very expensive! For now I need to stay with them until I can figure out or find someone that can figure out how to transfer all my email files, etc to another server. GRRRRRRR, I use to be a very happy customer but not anymore!

      I have used it for years and looking for a new system. It goes down too often. This time, it has not worked well in three whole days. It's a big challenge for me.

      Do NOT use this service. Actually there is NO service if you have problems, as I have had with my email lately. No one will contact you directly. They just send you terse and cryptic suggestions. If you have a Mac, as I do, they cannot screenshare to help you. WORST customer service on the internet.

      I access my email via their site. On the morning of 4/25/21, after logging onto my account, I discovered that all my email, trash, and saved sent messages were gone. This was a combination of important business emails as well as recent purchase emails where the products had not been delivered and all tracking info was contained in those correspondences. I contacted customer service via email and received a reply from "Jake" indicating he did not see anything unusual with my account. I replied with some technical questions, and never heard another word. I have since sent two more emails and I'm being ignored. I've been a customer of theirs since 2006. The fact that they just "blew me off" rather than addressing the issue really made me angry. Last year I experienced days where I could not even log on. Similar to a server shut down. I didn't receive much in the way of customer service then either. The account renews in November. I can no longer trust them with my data and emails.
