I am having issues with the CALLER ID delivery, which based on extensive investigation, Cequint provides (or is the vendor for), for wireless companies; in my case, ******* Wireless.I have also reached out separately to ******* Wireless regarding this matter, but since Cequint is seemingly the one who manages this product for *******, I am reaching out directly to Cequint as well.Their product does not work when a customer subscribes to ******* Wireless Call Filter Plus Multi Line (Family). Caller ID information for incoming calls does not work, and has not worked, for at least, based on my information a month, if not longer (as I did not do any testing until it was brought to my attention that it was not working).******* has been a ping-pong game with ******* since 1 March 2022, and only after me opening a BBB complaint, was I contacted. I was advised that they (*******) reached out to the creator/vendor of Call Filter (rather the partner who supplies the caller ID information) and that there would be a resolution "within a week". It has now been a week, and my last interaction with *******, two days ago, yielded no additional information or assistance.I am reaching out on my own, to Cequint in the hopes that you can connect with ******* and resolve this issue. The need to have reliable Caller ID information is essential in today's environment, and paying to have this service, and not having it delivered is concerning.Any assistance you can afford would be appreciated.
