              The business fails to provide customer service in a satisfactory manner, and was quite rude. Not only was the person failing to understand the inquiry, when asked a question, they accused me of arguing (which I was not) then proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back, the operator hung up on me. Repeatedly.

              This consumer is not a client of PSC. PSC provides debt collection services to a variety of clients and this individual is a former customer for one of **********************'s clients. This review is in the incorrect area of the BBB website as the consumer is a debtor to one of our clients.
