Transworld Systems Inc.(TSI) has received your review filed with Better Business Bureau. TSI has researched this matter and the findings are set forth below:
Transworld Systems Inc.(TSI) has searched its databases using the information supplied by the consumer and is unable to identify the specific account that is the subject of the consumer's complaint. In order for TSI to move forward, we need specific identifying information including, but not limited to: the consumers full name and social security number; the name of the original creditor; the creditors account number or reference number; the billing address of the account; and,any other specific information relating to the consumer so that a full search can be completed. TSI also requests for the consumer to provide the telephone number that TSI may be calling.

Not sure why everyone thinks this Convergent Outsourcing, **** is a fraudulent company. They are an excellent company with trustworthy employees. I recently got out of debt collections which was my fault to begin with, I admit it. I was in a tight spot and forget to pay off some bills, but they helped me turn things around. After submitting fraud package they said 30 to 45 days for a result. after 60 days they want me to resubmit again. Instead submitted a claim with sprint and got it resolved in 2 days. Convergent is up to no good trying to prolong claims. All I wanted was to clear my credit.Convergent Outsourcing Inc Response

This reply is in response to your Customer Review, which we have received from the Better Business Bureau. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns. We have reviewed the comments and the related matter. As a result of our investigation, we are replying with the following information:
On 03/25/2020, Sprint placed this account in our office, to collect a balance on their behalf, in the amount of $2,160.86.
We have received and responded to several fraud disputes on behalf of this account. The account was placed in a disputed status and collection activity was suspended. We mailed you information on how you may file your fraud claim on two occasions. The most recent documents were sent to you on 05/15/2023.
We have forwarded your fraud documents to Sprint, so that an investigation may be conducted. On 06/29/2023, Sprint responded that they need more information. On 06/30/2023, we mailed you a letter requesting for a police report.
On 07/05/2023, the account was closed in our office and returned to our client.
In response to your complaint, this account remains closed in our office. If you have any further inquiries regarding this matter, you may contact Sprint directly. Convergent Outsourcing has requested that our information for this account be removed from the credit bureaus.

Convergent Outsourcing, **** was a company I had never heard of until I received a letter from that stating I owed them $259.98 from an old ******** account that ended with me paying it off in full and leaving a $0 balance. This all confused me and struck me as odd. Therefore, I kindly requested that they send me proof of the debt due to my family and my history of being a victim of fraudulent companies. Instead of sending me proof of the debt, Convergent Outsourcing, **** sent me a "fraud packet" asking for my social security number, government-issued ID, and other personal information! I, therefore, decided to look into Convergent Outsourcing, **** more deeply. After all, I had never heard of Convergent Outsourcing, **** nor had I ever agreed to do business with them.Therefore, I did some very basic Googling and quickly found that Convergent Outsourcing, **** is a company that recently underwent a class-action lawsuit for data breaches and failing to safeguard customers' personal and sensitive information. I am convinced that Convergent Outsourcing, **** is fraudulent. I told them via certified mail that if they are going to report the account to my credit report, they need to follow the law and provide me with proof of the debt that they claim I owe them. Yet they have failed to provide anything except demand me to provide them with my personal and sensitive information!Convergent Outsourcing Inc Response

This company has consistently reopened collection accounts that I have disputed with documentation (and won) every time theyve been deleted. This is more than harassment. This is predatory and RELENTLESS. If I thought that paying this new amount would get them to leave me alone I would do it.Convergent Outsourcing Inc Response

I called convergent before and they clear as day confirmed the account wasnt mines. It was opened up under my name but the account was under a name and email that isnt mine. I asked for information over a ******* debt and it took them 3 months to send me papers which didnt even have the information I needed. I now have to wait probably another 3 months for this information again which probably wont even be the right information. Calling them doesnt even help cause they just want money instead of giving me information. They never have answers for anything.Review from Dorothy R

My ex-husband received a letter from Convergent Outsourcing inc. notice of data breach. The strange thing about it was they wanted the full name including the middle initial as well as junior, senior, the 11, 111 Etc. social security number, date of birth, prior addresses for the past several years, proof of current address, current utility bill or telephone bill, legible photocopy of government issued identification card, state driver's license or ID card or a military identification. Had this been a legit company they would have had that info and not needed to ask for it. They are scammers, scum, bottom feeders. My ex husband doesn't live at my address, duh. I wish I could give a zero star. They sent me 1 statement. I tried calling the phone number on the statement, and the phone number from online multiple multiple times to pay and could not get ahold of anybody! I created an account on their website and filled out my social security number and everything on there, and when I tried to pay, there was no clickable link to make the payment! It's like they are some shady business trying to purposely get you to accrue late fees. I emailed them as well, and never got a response. I never received another statement from them. 2 months later I see it as a debt on my bank account. I called the number listed on the statement with my bank, and magically I get ahold of somebody and am able to pay. The lady was very rude and not helpful at all. The guy who she transferred me to couldn't tell me whether I had accrued a late fee or not, and the whole process seemed very sketchy. I hope I paid the right thing and my debt is cleared! This company calls me once a week in addition to several others to remind of a ******** **** that was sent to collections. Every time they call me i repeat the same thing: "please send me legal documentation that proves I owe this debt and proves that y'all own this debt. Until i know exactly who owns the debt, I'm not paying it to 5 different collection agencies." They always stutter after saying this and don't respond so I hang up the phone on them and await the next weekly call to let them know, send me legal documentation according to the fair debt collection practices act and i'll be happy to pay the debt to whoever owns it. If i were seeking to collect a debt, I wouldn't use this companies services.
