Printer keeps eating its own ink, filling the maintenance kit and constantly doing so. I have no control over the printer or what it's doing when turned on. It makes sounds and just keeps throwing BRAND NEW CANON INK into the maintenance kit. Both the ink and the kit cost considerable amount to keep replacing. I have tried to contact canon by phone, web support and community. When I log into the community page when starting a new conversation I get a 413 error "Request Entity Too Large The requested resource does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit." when I try to call I get put on hold until it hangs up on me or I keep trying and I get the "We are closed" prompt to call back later. I have tried to resolve through amazon as this was purchased from canon on their account via Amazon. The Printer has taken all my brand-new ink and threw it away without allowing me to print a single item. It stays on "processing, please wait momentarily." the ink is over $700 for a full kit and the kit it fills up is roughly $15. I have filled 3 maintenance kits and now eaten through ink and it just keeps eating it. No support. No response from the company. Its mental that this is legal to dodge someone for months. I was told that the ink may not have been genuine ... it came with the printer for the first set and the second set I just bought. ... from canon... I have gotten zero prints since installing this new ink and I have inlcuded the photo showing all brand new, and how it keeps just throwing out *******. I cannot cancel it, I cannot stop it unless I unplug it. Printer was $1200, Ink and kits have now costed me an addition $1000 almost and I'm mentally at my limit.
