              I made reservations 10/9/2023 to stay at the Rv park from November *****. I paid the full amount of ******. Today the 16th I called to cancel the reservation and was told they are keeping all the money because they have a policy that any money a customer pays in the 30 days they get to keep. I made the reservation in person and none of this was discussed with me and while I was on the phone with them to try and get my money back they sent an email trying to convince me that they get to keep the money. I have never had a business keep the money which is a lot and we are on a fixed income for a cancelled reservation. I made the reservation in person and they charged me a reservation fee which was weird also.

              Made reservations thinking it was in ****. They didn't say ****** when they answered the phone. Got to *************** in ****, found out it wasn't them but the reservations were in ******. Called asap to tell them we made a big MISTAKE and to rent out the spot to someone else. Fishlake, ****** is 13 hrs away from **, Fishlake **** is 2 hrs away. We will never go to ******. The Fishlake ****** took $368.80 out of our bank account before we were even there. This is wrong. They should only take the first night because of the chance that people make Mistakes and they are stealing their money. We are retired, living on a set income, it is not right that I made a MISTAKE and they capitalize on it. Their email looked the same as ***** Fishlake email so we didn't even think to look at it untill we got to ***** Fishlake and they didn't have our reservation. Please help us. We can't afford to just give away almost $400. Thank you.
