We bought the Venus *** foam bed in September 2017 and absolutely loved it for the first 3.5 years, then it started to break down. We are a senior couple so we are not wild by jumping and wrestling around on it. We flipped the mattress faithfully every 2-3 months to try and keep our mattress supportive. Now we have a hard lump in the middle of the mattress (because we do not sleep in the middle) and each side were we sleep is sagging so that it is very hard to turn and find any comfortable spots to sleep. My husband now has been diagnosed with sciatica and the doctor feels that the mattress is adding to his pain so we have to do something quickly to help him. I have tried multiple times by email and calling this company only to be pushed onto someone else if they even answer the phone. This company has a non prorated 10 year warranty which we never dreamed that we would have to even look into.....guess they can offer any warranty they want if they refuse to get back to customer with problems with their mattress.
