Complaint: I went through the process of trying to buy a home. I went to a lender and received a pre-approval letter and then proceeded to put together an offer letter with my real estate agent. The next step was to put my ernest money with Narrows West Escrow in the amount of $2,500. Further down the process I received a letter from my lender that stated I did not qualify at this time to purchase the house, the deal was dead. I had to submit a recession letter based on this new information. The escrow company is refusing to return my money. This has put financial burden on me and my family, I'm not sure why they think they can just keep my money, I was told it would be returned if the financing failed. I have attached the pre-qual letter and the financing denial letter. Please help Product_Or_Service: earnest money/home purchase
