              I went to stereo King to purchase a vehicle camera with parking mode .I did purchase it they sold it to me .I went to get it installed they installed it. But guess they forgot to tell me the parking mode was not available . They sold me something that they didn't even have. They said they would call me as soon as it came in that was over 5 months ago not one call from them . I called them 4 times same story everytime it's on backorder my next action is small claims court if BBB can't resolve this.

              When an aftermarket vendor installs a stereo and shorts out one of your cars main control modules and your reverse lights no longer come on and you find out Chrysler no longer makes the needed module and nobody and no one will even touch installing a used part that can't even be programmed to work on your car... Oh... and the only proof I have the stereo shop caused it: It was fine before we took it there and screwed up after they got done with it... and another mechanic says the wiring is way bad and they didn't even have a big enough fuse installed...But no worries cause nobody would want to touch this with a 10 foot pole... /sigh.I did contact them several times after the work was done. Took awhile to get the car into another mechanic to have it checked out and then for them to try and source a new BCM.It feels kind of pointless to pursue any legal action at this point so just gonna try and leave a warning for others out there looking to use this company.Buyer Beware!
