    1) October 7th I had a disabled vehicle towed to Warren Secord Automotive AFTER calling in and speaking to them about repairing my vehicle. AAA towed my vehicle in and supplied me with photos attached with this complaint after drop off at the business. 2) October 12th - I drove in personally to see how the repairs were going. I spoke with the owner ****. He showed me the car, told me what was fixed and what was left. The repairs left were a broken window and starter cables and ignition wires from a break in. **** told me 2 weeks so I could schedule a pick up truck. 3) I called in to see why it still was not finished after almost 6 weeks. **** quickly told me, "the car has been in the back and I hadn't even thought about it. It's been insane here. I'll call you back tomorrow." He never called back. 4) November 21 - I tried emailing instead of calling him. No response. I'm a disabled individual - I have 2 appointments on Monday at the ********************* Clinic, alone, and I just spent Thanksgiving alone, in a dark room, from severe head pain that won't go away. I know when people treat me fairly, but I also know when people are exploiting me because they know I can't fight back. I can't just take the car to another shop because it doesn't run, and I'm out of tows. I just want 2 things:1) I don't want to talk to them anymore, because all they have done is make excuses or ignore me. 2) I just want the car repaired with a GUARANTEED and PROMPT DATE so I can plan my medical treatment dates. Please help me. I am in serious physical pain and I just want this nightmare to be over.
