    We stayed at Quality the first night July 9th. I made the reservation directly thru the motel web site. Then on the 11th I asked to extend my stay they said fine but the price was almost $50 more than what I paid the previous night. The front desk said it was because I had booked the room on a 3rd party website and they couldn't adjust the price to that amount so I would need to go thru the 3rd party to get a cheaper price. So I searched and found a 3rd party site for much cheaper then on the night of the 11th I checked in at the front desk and was waited on by the manager ***** which we actually chatted for a while then gave me my room Keys the next morning I called the front desk about staying another night and the girl says wait a minute where are you calling from. I said room 215 she says that's impossible I don't have anyone in that room. I said well ***** was who checked me in and I've been here all night. She said well I have you down for a "No Show" so you were charged for that.i said I've been here all night. She asked me to come to the front desk and when I got there she reset my keys then said when I checked in ***** didn't complete my check in which showed me as a no show so the woman that handles those every morning marked me as a no show and charged my card. Then said it wasn't them it was the 3rd party site that I would need a refund from. So I called the 3rd party site they explained the did not charge my card it was the motel. I contacted the motel and my bank. My bank says yes it was quality that placed the charge on my card the motel says NO. When I finally spoke with the manager *****, she was so rude and said they didn't charge my card they charged a "Virtual" card. I said the virtual card is something you guys do to protect your customers but it's still linked to my debit card. She said I'm not discussing this with you any more and hung up on me! I then called and filed a complaint with choice hotels corporate office. Still no refund given.
