BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: I selected this company to perform repairs to my vehicle after it was damaged by a blow out. The repairs took several days longer than I was told and when I picked up my vehicle, there was no mud flap on the side they repaired. My vehicle had not be restored to its original condition. I asked them to put a mud flap on it and they said they would order a set and I could come in and have it installed. Forty days later, I emailed them asking if they intended on finishing the job. They had forgotten. They then ordered the part and told me I had to pay for it. I trusted that when they gave me an estimate, that the estimate would have been for complete repair of my vehicle. They admit they missed it and I just need them to finish the job with no further charges to me. I could have chosen a less expensive company with a lower bid but I believe in supporting local business.
Desired Settlement: Matching mud flaps on the back of my truck with no further charges.
Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2013/12/23) */ This is in response to the complaint filed by *** ***** regarding the missed damages to his 2005 Ford F-250. *** ***** did infact have his repairs performed at our business and the repair did infact require four additional days due to damaged parts received from our Ford vendor and additional mounting bolts being needed to complete the repairs. The original repair estimate was provided to *** ***** at the time of his inspection and a final repair supplement when he came to pick his vehicle up. Neither the original estimate nor the final repair supplement iincluded the replacement of the mud flaps for this was missed damage and not brought to our attention. It was not until after he received his vehicle back, did he note the mudflap was missing from the left side of his truck. He did request we order a pair at that time. They were ordered and not received from our vendor. When *** ***** emailed me back, I did call once again to a different vendor and got the parts coming. I then informed *** ***** the part was received and informed him of the cost of the parts. As well I stated that we would install them at no labor charge and only charge him for the cost of the part plus state sales tax. It was then that *** ***** stated that we should not charge him for the part at all and replace them for free. As stated above, *** ***** was not charged for the part or the labor to replace the mudflaps and we would be more than happy to install them for the parts cost and tax only.
