    I came to ***** because the person who hit my car has ***** insurance, and I did not go through my own insurance. I opted to use *****'s Direct Repair Program, of which Lee's Automotive is a direct repair shop. Geico calls their program Auto Repair Xpress, or ARX.Overall, ***** is very careless, is very disorganized and late, and cannot repair cars properly, but let me stick to the facts below:- They ordered a door from salvage. Then they had to order a second door because the first door was the wrong door. This caused additional delays.- They ordered black tape (that surrounds my window). When they received the black tape, it was missing a side, and they had to order again. I had to return to get that final part attached.- When I went through the car wash for the first time after my repair, my rear mirror fell out. The reader can decide if this was a coincidence. ***** refused to repair it.- They left a bag of parts in my car when they returned it. When I returned the parts, they didn't know what parts they were, and couldn't tell me if my car was missing those parts.- When I picked up my car, the window was down. The weather wasn't good, and rain and snow could've further damaged the inside of my car. Also, Lee's Automotive is not exactly in a good neighborhood.- They provided few written documents. They only gave me the initial estimate in writing. I did not get a written document of their lifetime warranty, so I would advise treating it as most warranty these days - completely useless.After the repair, my car has new vibrations. When I brought this up, they told me it was normal and did not offer to investigate. I will not be returning to Lee's Automotive.
