    They broke a clip for my side skirt for my car and broke the under dash light panel, with no intention to fix it. Asked for proof of the dash panel being not broken before hand. Now it just falls out at every bump and they act like they did a good job. Don’t give them your money. If you do, take pictures of everything or they will not help you. This is a terrible company with does not own up to their mistakes.

    Hi *****. We can take a look at the issue. When you came in yesterday, you didn't give us a chance to look at the issues. We did not do any work to the dash of your vehicle. It might be a simple fix that we can assist with. You had a water leak on a rocker that we used the GM procedures to fix. We have documented photos of damage to your rocker molding before we took it apart that we would be happy to share with you. If there is a broken clip on the rocker we worked on, we would be happy to take care of it. We have a lifetime warranty and stand behind it.

    I was upset because one of the panels near front passenger wheel well area was broken which got removed along with the plastic on the door which is on the other side of the door from the side skirt and rocker molding. Only reason I know this is because that part wasn’t in the car when I had to pick it up and use it for work while waiting on the plugs for the rocker arm. I thought it wasn’t placed right at first and placed it up but it keeps falling, I noticed yesterday the corner is broken off of it so it needs replaced and I was asked for a photo of the panel before you worked on it proving it was not broken before hand. Pretty sure for insurance purposes you would take submission photos involving every part that will be removed to prove any pre existing damage was not your fault, following with completion photo’s of the completed vehicle/job. I don’t have a random photo of this panel. I can’t prove this was broken before accurate auto body had my car but now I have to deal with a light that hangs under my glovebox that never did that before. I’ll deal with the $2 clip regardless if it looks unprofessional after your shop removed that side skirt, the side skirt itself wasn’t broken. The plastic panel inside was. Why would I be asked for these photos when you should have them. Talked to 3 others shops who all operate that way so why would I be asked for it and no one even went out to go look at it when I showed up which I thought would be the first thing done. They wanted photos. At which point I mentioned I would fill out a complaint through the better business bureau because I felt like I was just being worked over to not have this fixed and was told ok, no one wanted to go look at the car so I left irritated and frustrated.
