I took my crosswave here and needed to get it repaired and it took them a long time to get it back to me and when they did it was replaced instead of repaired. so I told the warranty company this and they said I needed a receipt so that if I had an issue in the future it would be covered, so I contacted this company and asked for a receipt and the man on the phone told me and know he wasn't gonna provide me with receipt that ******* knows they replaced my crosswave, I explained again that I have a warranty with Allstate and they need verification that the product has been replaced he told me again he was NOT giving me a receipt if I wanted to do anything with that I needed to contact **** on Monday, this was Thursday. I asked again you cant email me a receipt (im 45 minutes away) he said No! I then asked if **** has an email, he said Im sure he does, I asked if he could give it to me he said NO. I said thanks for all your help and got off the phone. I went into the office at ACTION SMALL APPLIANCE on the next day because this guy was a JERK.....and how dare this guy think he can do work on something and not provide a document of ANY kind for it. I walked in the man came from the back i said hey i got my bissell replacement from here and i need a receipt. He said"man you dont listen good do you" i told you to call **** on Monday i said im right here you are NOT going to provide me with a receipt he said NO. He turned to go back to the back i said what is your name he said its *** and im the owner. At this point i was speechless because what in the world.******* should be ashamed of themselves for letting this man handle their clients. I need a receipt that they took my original bissell crosswave and replaced it with the one they gave me so that my warranty with Allstate will remain active for the next 2.5 years
