I am having very bad experiences with Allred Heating Cooling Electric, LLC! I would like write-down the experiences and seek for legal help at the same time. I am a small business owner, managing properties. At Feb 2021, I called their service to diagnosis the heating system failure for one of the rental property. After the technician done, I paid the service fee $109.10 by using by the bank card. It went through, and I got the receipt, nothing wrong, Since then, I did not hear from them. After over 2 years, at June 2023, I started receiving email invoice and letter invoice says: I need to pay the $109.10 service fee. I paied them 2 years ago, what is that? I called, tried to find out the reason. They told me, recently they started "clean" out their accounting, and found the payment I made failed at 2021. So they sent invoice to me. How I trust what they said? So I have to ask my accounting to dig out what happened over 2 years ago. our small business hired a hourly paid accounting. If I ask her to dig out what happened, there will be cost generated. I called Allred, ask them give the me the proof of payment failed. Or deduct my side cost from the $109.10. But the manager is very rude, threat me she will send the bill to collection. I am going to talk to my attorny to see what to do if I am seeing the bill send to collection.
