no stars . general manager is a monster. ever since i came in with my service dog and she tried arguing with me that service dogs arent allowed even tho there is a sign in the elevator saying they are welcome she has had it out for me. i paid $2500 to stay here 6 nights and this place is unbelievable first, Im told that my dogs arent allowed even though they are service dogs wearing clearly marked service vests and I turned in my service certification when I checked in and to question me about what my disability was and why I needed my dog and what my dog did for me and honestly as far as I know, she cant ask me those questions. It is way too personal and from what people have told me is against the law. she constantly watches me every time I go out to the parking lot I went out to take my dog to the bathroom and have a cigarette and I was told that I cant park where my car is parked. Ive been parking there for the last week that Ive been here and there are literally like four or five cars parked right next to me that dont even run and never move. She said our cars were blocking the loading and unloading area when we are absolutely nowhere near it and we are in clearly marked parking spots and there are no signs anywhere posted saying that I cant park there. Its a parking lot and they are parking spots. She literally had to open a window and yell this at me at midnight when Im letting my dog out she is the meanest and bitchiest and rudest person Ive ever dealt with and she is supposed to be the general manager. I dont know how she kept her job this long with her attitude and discrimination. I wouldnt recommend this place for my worst enemy. i paid for another night that night over $500 and this morning im given 30 minutes to check out and they are keeping my money. accused me of selling drugs out of their hotel when i have never even had any guests here.
