              there is not enough space to type out my entire story. I bought a 2021 ram **** from another dealer. I brought it to Anchorage Chrysler dodge for recalls and warranty work, as well as an alignment and a tire change. in the process they have lied to me numerous times, they are nearly impossible to get ahold of. I have had ******************* the director promise to call me back numerous times and not, i have had ******************** tell me he would call me back and not, i have had ***** (service manager) tell me he is going to call me back numerous times and did not, i have had ********************* tell me he is going to call me back and has not. i made appointments for recalls and they did not have parts come the day of the appointment. I have had them do half of a recall and then release the vehicle to me and then the check engine light immediately comes on. then they dont order the parts immediately and make me jump through the hoops of calling mopar. i needed warranty work for the rear end of my truck and they have now had my truck for nearly 2 months. they say they ordered parts from a dealer on November 27th and depending on who talk to arrived somewhere between 12/11 and 12/14. i have a had a couple loaners from them. they gave me jeep to replace my 1 ton pickup. i needed to move y boat so they put me in a 2007 ram **** regular cab. i got rear ended immediately in it. **** had no concern for anything, including my 4 year old, except the rental vehicle. i called immediately after the accident and they did not call me back until almost a week later. in summary, these people have the worst communication in the industry, they lie to you, they have no customer service.

              When a mechanic had made a few mistakes with our brake assembly (humans make errors, naturally) the Service Manager bent over backwards to make it right for us. We cant control the world, all we can do is hope that when things dont happen the way wed like, that someone cares about our plight. The service manager cares!

              This is one of the worse companies Ive every been to the service department. I have been a customer for many many years and this is it for me. I took my car in on 5/20 to get the oil changed dropped it off at ****am. Got a text at 6pm that my vehicle was done. I went to pick it up the next morning. The oil was never changed all they did was rotate the tires for 7 hours. They told me I needed a part and they were going to order it. Went on vacation for 2 weeks came back. I never heard from anyone so I called them and the part had come in and they could get my in on. Friday 6/17. I dropped my car off on 6/16 and on Friday morning ****** called me and told me my vehicle needed it ***** mile service done and told me everything it needed then wanted to charge me again for the tire rotation that I had already paid for in 5/20. Then on 6/17 I reviewed a call from ****** again telling me now my car wouldnt be done until Monday 6/21 and that they had no vehicle for me. This is insane I have brought at least 5 vehicles From this dealership. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

              My sister took her 2016 Jeep Compas with 39,000 miles in with an ABS sensor issue. All else was fine with the vehicle. She then gets a notice that her battery is completely dead, thT ALL the cells are not holding a charge. Total BS. This horrible dealership sees a way to extract $200 plus dollars more from a woman customer who trusted them. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY ARE CROOKS!!
