            My husband and I bought a hot tub, we were told our delivery was going to be the week before Christmas. They call us and told us it was not going to be delivered until the middle of Jan. Got another call saying it would not be delivered until Feb, they called us, it was at the shop, we waited to have it delivered to our house due to the freezing temp which was negative something at the time for like almost a week so we scheduled the delivery the first week of March. We get the tub, and there is a hole in one of the head rests, there is glue all over the ceramic part of the tub, the steps are so **** cheap when I stepped on them they bowed and I am only 115, and the door panel to reach to the electric is bent out. We called and they gave us a new head rest, and then brought out new steps which it was the same step just different colors. The panel has to be ordered because there is no fixing this and they said it could it be later then Sept to get this. They are not taking any money off!

            **** from The Place cleaned and tuned up our fireplace. It is like new. He did a great job! He was professional and cleaned everything up before he left. I would definitely recommend The Place!
