If you absoloutly need a book published in a hurry, and are not too particular, I recommend this two day book publisher. A book done in 48 hours may need adjustments, which of course are for sale. I have worked with three other publishers and can honestly say, you will definately get what you pay for.

Hi ***,It looks like you cancelled your order after the first set of digital proofs. We have one note on the order that you did not like the hyphenated words in the proof, but you cancelled the order before our design team was able to make any adjustments to your files. Many books in bookstores DO include hyphenated words, but it's definitely a personal preference and one that could have easily been adjusted. I'm very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the first proof, but hope you understand that especially with design work, a little bit of back and forth is necessary since each of our clients' needs and books are completely different. I'd love to discuss this further with you or continue your order, which I'm positive would improve your impression of us. We have a fantastic team and would never put out a sub-par product.Customer Response

My apologies for only mentioning the hyphenated words. I just didn't want to waste my time detailing your poor first effort. But you took that ball and ran with it, to insult me as if I never saw a book in a bookstore, of all places. Yes, many books in bookstores DO have hyphenated words. This response clearly speaks to your lack of character, handing me a BBB inspired apology with a hard backhand.I am 73, retired and an avid reader.You have my $100 and another $145 is in the mail. I understand, and sincerely regret that you feel this way. So much can get lost in translation over emails, and I in no way meant to insult you. I am truly sorry if it came off that way, when my only intent was to explain the design choice made by the prepress technician who was assigned to your order. I will send you an updated invoice as you've requested as soon as the check arrives.
