            I had Mackin and Son's replace my toilet in 2020. It was leaking and there were major issues. In 2021, they to come back out and replace the galvanized piping and fix the toilet again because it was leaking. They had not told everything that had to be replaced in 2020. Now, in 2022, the toilet is starting to get clogged. I had another plumbing company out here to look at it. They told me that Mackin and Sons decreased the size of the diameter from the flow of the toilet to the stack. The company told me that is a violation code. It also explains why the toilet is now experiencing clogs because of the reduction of diameter in the flow of the toilet.

            Positive: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Professionalism After buying our home and moving to Wadsworth Ohio, we struggled to find a reliable plumber immediately available. I found Mackin & Sons (September 2022), thanks to Better Business Bureau (BBB) where they are accredited with A+ rating. Since then, I have used them a few times and they have always been responsive to phone calls. Appointments were scheduled very quickly; they communicate well with respect to arrival time (they sent a text with name and photo). They listened to our concerns, quickly diagnosed problems, and presented us with options including the cost for each option. Very professional. On time. Fast and reliable work The final charges were just what was in their proposal. I’m impressed with the quality of work and dedication to customer care.
