            Called this company and told them of my problem with ants and flying ants on our deck. They suggested their house spray. Having never dealt with this type of thing, I deferred to their expertise. When the treatment was completed, every window in my house has a nasty dripping film. I can't attest to the effectiveness of the treatment, because we still have ants on our deck. I reached out and asked if this residue will come off my windows and why it was not disclosed when I signed up for this. I also asked if I needed a different treatment for the ants. The response was rude and dismissive. I was told the spray did not stain anything, and the residue holds the product to the house. I was also told that this is what I signed up for. These were email conversations (which I saved). I ended up telling them that I hired another company to clean my windows and spray for the ants on my deck. I blocked their phone number and email, so I am unaware of any further communication from them.

            I would give Ideal Pest Control and Window Cleaning 10 stars. I have been using them for the past 7 years for my window cleaning and for our frequent visitors. We live on a wooded property and are thankful for the mosquito and indoor pest services. The bats, mice and other critters seem to be found of us but Ideal is always prompt to escort them from the premises. They are always so professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They go above and beyond in customer service. It's hard to find companies like this one anymore. Kudos to the entire team!
