I used **** *. at Elegant Landscaping to do my yard (front and back yard) Although **** did a good job, he owes me $2,000.00 in plants and other elements/ Materials that were not delivered and fixes to areas that needed to be re-done as well as verbal agreements he had promised to do for my yard. **** was also to install a patio in the back and could not complete the project as he stated (the neighbor's house, which I referred him to, was a 'Bigger, More paying Job') and i would have to wait. he never completed the job and I had to find another contractor to finish. he also promised to move, wrongly installed steps (which also did not order enough materials) which I had the other contractor fix his mistakes at another cost to me. I have been trying to get him to pay me back without success for a while now. he would rarely answer my calls or texts pleading with him to my refund and always promised to get me a check next week but never has! I am so fed up with him at this point. I will be seeking legal action against him. He even promised to re-seed my yards and give me a company which he would pay for to fertilize my yard for a year at his cost. well, I ended up getting a bill from a collection agency for non-payment because of him
